will assist you in objectively evaluating the options, benefits
and costs prior to making the outsourcing decision--whether all
or part of your IT functions. We work with your staff in a team
approach in identifying the objectives to be achieved by outsourcing.
In addition, we evaluate the current environment, service levels
and assist in developing the Request for Information or Proposal
for outsourcing.
Once the decision is
made to outsource, we assist you as appropriate in negotiations
and evaluation of responses. After the outsourcing deal is made,
Abdeladim & Associates will assist you in putting in place management
processes related to contract and will provide coaching on how to
manage the contract.
